Years later, after completing my graduated education, I found myself returning to that dream with a clearer vision and the determination to make it happen".

High in Colombia's Andean Mountains, dedicated growers cultivate coffee shaped by altitude, 5,500–6,070 feet above sea level, tradition, and the character of the land. At Ingrounds Roasterie, we build relationships with coffee producers and source carefully selected beans.

We approach coffee roasting as a quiet art form. Rather than masking origin characteristics with heavy roasts, our precise thermal profiles accentuate the distinctive terroir of every lot. Each batch is roasted with intention, preserving delicate aromatics and smooth cup clarity.
